Can I ship bank/credit cards?
Can I ship letters through my account?
MyUKmailbox does not ship regular mail. This includes letters, documents or bank cards. Our service is to be used for shipping parcels only.
Can I ship batteries with or without equipment?
MyUKmailbox cannot ship loose Lithium Ion or Lithium Metal batteries under any circumstances. Electronics that contain or that are packed with batteries, can still be shipped, but limitations will apply. Please contact our support team for more information on this.
Can I ship prescription medicine?
We do not ship medicine. This includes legal drugs, prescription medicine or over-the-counter medicine.
Can I ship perfume?
Perfume is a flammable substance and can not be shipped through MyUKmailbox at this time.
What happens if I ship an item to my UK address that is listed as prohibited?
Most prohibited items can be returned to sender. If we receive a package that contains prohibited goods we will notify you and request for a prepaid return label in order for the goods to be returned to sender.
Can I ship tobacco or e-liquid?
Under no circumstances can we ship nicotine products. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, e-liquids or any product that contains nicotine.
