Can you make in-store purchases for a BuyForMe order?
Absolutely - but there’s a catch.
We’re happy to pop outside to visit the store and purchase the goods for you, but the store must be within a 5-mile radius of our facility in Sheffield.
Oh, and we also charge an additional £20.00 handling fee for store visit purchases.
Can I cancel my BuyForMe order?
You sure can, as long as your BuyForMe request is cancelled before our team places the order with the supplier. If we’ve already bought it, you’ll have to wait until it arrives in your account, where you can then request for it to be returned to sender.
Can I purchase from multiple retailers under the same BuyForMe request?
Yep!
We can order your goods from multiple retailers under the same order, and the best part is doing it this way means you'll only pay the BuyForMe fee once.

How do I place a BuyForMe order?
It’s dead easy!
You can place your BuyForMe order by completing the order form on our BuyForMe page. If you want us to make multiple purchases, just click the "Add Item" option. That way, you’ll only pay the BuyForMe fee once.
It might be good for our bank balance, but we don’t want you making multiple, single purchase requests - we’re here to save you money.
How fast will my BuyForMe request be processed?
After placing your BuyForMe order, our team will respond to you as quickly as possible. Once you’ve paid, we’ll buy you goods within 24-48 hours (unless told otherwise).
Upon arrival at our warehouse, your BuyForMe order is added to your account. At this point, you can choose how and when to ship it.
