My package has been delivered, but is not showing in my mailbox?

Please allow up to 24 hours during working time for packages to show in your account. If you do not see your package after this time, please contact our customer support team and quote the tracking number for the delivery.

How do I return an item in my mailbox the merchant?

We can assist in returning a package to sender on your behalf. In order to request this please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the unique ID number for the package you wish to return. The fees for returning a package can be found on our pricing page.

What are the opening times for receiving my deliveries?

Our facility reception is open to receive your deliverers from 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. The facility is closed over the weekend and during public holidays. Any courier deliveries that are scheduled for out of operating times should be delivered on the next working day.

My parcel is saying is it has been delivered but I cannot see it in my mailbox?

All parcels are uploaded to your dashboard on the same working day as they arrive. If your parcel(s) are delivered outside of our operating hours, they shall be uploaded the following working day.

Are my parcels opened before they are dispatched?

Yes, all parcels must be opened before they are dispatched in accordance with UK law

Can I use my address to receive letters/ordinary mail?

No, you cannot use your MyUKMailbox address for forwarding letters under any circumstances.

Can you accept delivery from couriers as well as the post?

Yes, unlike a PO Box we can accept deliveries from all couriers and regular mail (Royal Mail). Your address is a UK street address so any delivery company can send packages here.

How long can I store my packages for at my UK address?

We provide all our members with a minimum free storage limit of 20 days. Standard members receive 30 days free storage and Premium members receive 60 days free storage.

Can I receive packages in more than one name?

Yes, this option is available for our Premium members only.

I have more than one package that I wish to ship, can I ship all my packages together?

If you are a Standard or Premium member we can consolidate your items at your request to help reduce shipping fees. Further savings can be made by choosing to repack your items. These services can be selected at checkout.

Do I have to pay a monthly subscription to use your service?

No, we offer a non-subscription service which we call the “Starter” plan. This plan is designed for occasional use or one-time purchases and does not require a monthly subscription.
